Each element is an origin-destination pair in the distance matrix. For example, you have one request with one origin and one destination. One element = one request.
For example, let's say you plan to make 10 requests for a maximum of 20 locations. We assume that these are requests of type 1 to 1 (in one request, there is one element). In this case, it's about 10 x 1 x 20 = 200 queries per day and 200 x 30 = 6000 elements per month, respectively.
Right after the registration, you get access to the Free plan, which includes 1,000 elements to test all our APIs. After you reached the limit of 1,000 elements you have to upgrade to the Growth plan.
After you upgrade from the Free pricing plan to the Growth plan, you also get a $50 one-time bonus that will be used for the first elements you use.
The cost of using the Geocoding API or Distance Matrix API on a Growth plan is based on the number of elements you use each month. The pricing tiers range from $2 per 1,000 elements for 1-100,000 elements to $1 per 1,000 elements for more than 500,000 elements.
There are also no hidden costs and no extra payments. You will monitor all the expenses on the dashboard after you log in.
Our product predicts travel times based on statistical data on road congestion in different regions. We gather this data from public traffic data sources and use our algorithms to calculate travel times.
In terms of accuracy, our product is very similar to Google Distance Matrix API.
